  • Week 2: Spotting Your Triggers
    Uncover the ADHD-specific triggers that drain your energy from people-pleasing to sensory overload.

  • Week 3: Your Rest Menu
    Create an ADHD-friendly list of low-energy rest options to use when you feel drained and give yourself permission to rest over the holidays.

You’ll head into Christmas with more awareness, clarity, and permission to slow down without guilt!

Phase Two: Rebuild
